Carl-Johann Johannsen, CEO and founder
"The path less trodden"

Carl-Johann has worked in the telecom industry since the late 1980s. Most of that time his focus has involved creating new business opportunities based on technical innovation. In this respect he is the perfect leader for a company committed to helping content providers and telcos take advantage of the evolving mobile market.

"Some people in business like sticking to the beaten track. I prefer the challenge and excitement of opening up new territory."

In 1999, Carl-Johann was hand-picked to establish Ericsson's Innovation and Research Group in Denmark. The primary mission of the group was researching next-generation telecom networks, with a special focus on 3G service networks. This appointment was the culmination of more than a decade's management experience which included being deputy manager for 175 employees in Denmark. His international experience includes periods in both France and Sweden.

Lars Ladegaard, CTO and founder
"Thinking in new directions"

During the 14 years Lars Ladegaard spent with Ericsson, the telecom industry experienced its most explosive period of growth, change and innovation. Lars was one of the people who helped engineer that extraordinary evolution.

"When you hit a problem you can't find your way around, you have to think in new directions. That's what I seem to do best. I always seem to be the one who says: "Hey, what if we try it this way …?"

As former Master System Engineer at Ericsson, Lars has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience about the myriad technical disciplines of telecommunications. He is a patent holder, and one of the chief architects to Ericsson's routing and service network solutions for UMTS networks.
